An excerpt from an online debate I am currently taking part in:
Maybe I’m misunderstanding all this but are we not all part of a group brought together by a leader – Seth, who we are inspired by? Isn’t this Facebook group/community about us, for us and for us to develop ideas and thoughts of our own in – influenced by a leader but not driven by him? Doesn’t Seth describe (and I hope I’ve got this right) that part of leadership is knowing when to bug out and let the tribe formulate its own ideas, plans, actions etc. influenced by the leader but not swamped by him? I for one do not expect Seth to do anything other than ‘check in’ sometimes. Anything else would surely be counter productive.
